We are committed to offering the community room to our local civic groups such as the Kiwanis Club of Ooltewah-Collegedale, the local VFW and American Legion, and Ooltewah/Collegedale Chamber Council a place to meet for free. Also, the Collegedale Parks and Recreation Department can utilize Chestnut Hall for their many functions. After that, the room is available to rent for up to 90 people!
Chestnut Hall, with all the bells and whistles, includes a catering kitchen, bride and groom suites, a community room to accomodate 90 guests, with heating and air.

Capacity: Seats 90 guests in chairs, or a cozy 70-80 at tables in a spacious meeting room.
Amenities: Includes an ample catering kitchen, two changing suites, 3 bathrooms, large wrap-around porch, and outdoor fire pit.
